. Cloud Telephony system management (50%)
- Cloud based telephony system management(Azure and AWS) and operation (Base systems: PBX, SBC, CTI, IVR, PDS or Predictive Dialing system, Recording system)
- Cloud telephony architecture development (AI based chat/voice control)
- Inhouse Call Center Infra management (Voice recoring backup system, WebFAX, Wallboard, STT/TTS and etc.)
- Call Center business applications deployment and operation (Sales and Service call center application)
- Call Center Telephony Infra helpdesk resource management
- Enhance call center system securities

2. Deliver Call Center related projects & manage outsourcing call centers (30%)
- Conduct Call Center Telephony system project as a project lead and support
- Provide smart mobile environment for end users
- Lead outsourcing call center deployment works (cooperation with ASP and sponsor centers)
- Plan and manage call center expansion, movings and changes
3. Business user coordination (20%)
- Coordinate and deliver business user requirements (Sales, Customer service)
- Consult new application and solutions
- Design and plan enhanced call center system architectures
- Collaborate with Cloud providers for efficient system delivery and maintenance
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate in Computer Science or IT related discipline (or equivalent education or training is accepted)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Call Center Telephony Systems (IP-PBX, CTI, IVR, WebFax, Recording systems and etc)
- Minimum 1 year of Cloud based technology systems deployment, maintenance or operation experience
- Working experience and knowledge on public Cloud service (Azure, AWS preferred)
- Basic understanding on Network, Windows Server, Linux, MSSQL, Storage, Virtualization
- Project leading / supporting experience
- Good command(lntermediate level) of verbal and written English
- Good documentation skill
