1. In line with the brand and company’s strategy and reflecting the local ambition, s/he is responsible for planning and managing the implementation of all the local direct-to-consumer campaign activities; including online and offline platforms and tools.
2. S/he proactively proposes consumer programs to meet local client development strategies and needs in coordination with Global/Regional teams.
3. Plans & design customer journeys with defined KPIs, preparing detailed brief packages to the Salesforce CRM teams and coordinating actions at specific steps in the journey, in coordination with Digital Communications.
4. Manages tools, such as MMS, cards/brochures and e-cards; deploys thorough scheduling and paths in coordination with key internal stakeholders, and conducts detailed tracking of the activities aiming to drive performance excellence
5. Manages coordination of campaign across consumer channels: full price stores and online platforms.
경력 및 자격요건
- Track record in marketing and data management
- Track record on CRM, Campaign Communication management
- Deep knowledge on MMS, Email, Kakao ecosystem as the digital savvy expert and keen on innovation
- Analytics and planning skills, highly proficient in using database and office software
- Nice to have knowledge / understanding on campaign management tool (Eg. Salesforce)
- Experience in direct-to-consumer and/or retail sector, a plus
- Agile, flexible and a fast learner
- Passionate with open and positive mindset
- Good communication skills, fluent English oral & written
- Interest in retail and luxury
