o Responsible for actual, Forecast and budgets
- Responsibility to create and enter journals in GFS after seeking approval of CFO and group FC
o Responsible for tracking actual against budget and forecast

-Daily Income against monthly forcast
o Deal analysis
o Implement and monitor local DOA
o Ensure purchasing order system is adhered to for PAP and recording at the least
o Ensure documentation is sent to the group finance for processing
o Stock management
o Balance reconciliations – only for accounts they post to
