1) Doing all administrative work necessary to ensure G&A activities;
- Taking care about
o Taxi, flight, hotel arrangement, bus transportation when needed.
o Exemption quarantine procedure for guests.
o Stationary and office supply.
o Everyday canteen workflow.
o Maintenance related building.
o Health and safety equipment on stock.
- Reports timely and accurately to his/her superior and is responsible for data accuracy.
- Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures
- All other general affairs tasks given by the Dept. Manager that may arise as the company continues to develop and grow
- Provides administrative support and works collaboratively to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Country Manager, in compliance with regulations and standards.
2) Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Country Manager including
- Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
- Completing expense reports
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Copying, reviewing outside mail, scanning and filing documents, screening phone calls and visitors, updating Outlook contacts,
- Maintaining executive files,
- Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings;
- Arranging meeting rooms, compiling and preparing meeting materials, equipment and resources, confidential preparation, distribution and record keeping of session notes and documentation
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree: bachelor degree with administrative experience of 1-2 years or more.
• Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing
• Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user)
• Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person
• Ready to learn, understand and follow all GA dept. documents, standards, process and rules.
