1. Data Analysis & Report
- Analysis of all sales data
- Compile monthly sales report from all counters
- Update daily/weekly/monthly sales report and update to CEO, President
- Make sales report for workshop and sales meeting on demand
- Update counter/BA information for counter visits
2. Counter operation
- Prepare regular purchase order from all counters and allocate orders
- Working closely with Marketing and Demand Planner for forecasting and monthly sales planning
- Make reservations & release stocks for counter promotions
- Collect counters’ staff sale requests every other month
- Ad-hoc tasks for counter promotions or counter workshop
- Update and revise BA & counter information on POS system (new, transfer, leaves, resignation)
3. Budget & expense management
- Manage budget and expenses for counter promotions
- Calculate incentives per counter and individual, and provide data to HR
- Handle PR/PO and tax invoices
- Monthly sales target setting with Sales Director
경력 및 자격요건
• BA degree
• More than 1~4 years’ experience in Sales Admin or Sales Analyst from retail industry (FMCG or Cosmetics company is preferred)
• Excellent communication skill and proficient OA skill (MS Office_Especially Excel / PPT)
• Intermediate level in English, both speaking and writing
