•Secure and optimize customer’ experience in our sites (Official store, Shop in shop by product ranking, categorization
•Manage campaign landing pages on site ensuring commercial, relevant and visually strong product presentation
•Work closely with online merchandisers as well as online content editor and marketing teams to secure activity plan with right assortments
•Drive commercial and inspiring shop in shops for your market based on analysis, trends and customer behavior (right product mix at the right time).
•Follow up on traffic & efficiency of your strategy incl product placement, navigation and AB testing vs plan and revise if needed
•Analyze the results from actions and enhance VM & Navigations & Landing pages
•Take part in site development projects to visual merchandising and user experience
경력 및 자격요건
•Minimum +2 years experience in eCommerce or fashion industry
•Prior experience from Visual merchandising , merchandising would be beneficial
•Strong understanding of trends, and fashion and an understanding of the visual impact on selling
•Understand the importance of balancing commerciality and branding
•Fluent in verbal & written in english and native speaker in Korean required
•Experience in analytic tools (GA, Adobe, Tableau) would be a plus
•Skills for graphic design (Photoshop, illustrator) would be a plus.
•Organized and good at having an overview and prioritize in a complex environment with a problem-solving attitude
•Driven, structured team player who successfully takes own initiatives to drive your business
