•Lead local UI/UX Implementation - any changes to improve usability/conversion on site on both desktop and mobile which are related to technical content (as opposed to branded content) with stakeholders
•Support and execute channel expansion strategy collaborating with internal and global related teams (Business tech, IT, potential marketplace partners)
•Implement stories roadmap development plans collaborating with relevant teams
•Identify current eCommerce related issues and resolve them communicating with relevant teams to provide best customer experience
•Collaborate with relevant teams (Global Brand team, Global IT/ Business tech , marketplace IT/UI&UX)on development roadmaps
•Find business opportunities from local best cases and align with yearly roadmap for enhancement
경력 및 자격요건
•Minimum 4-5 years of relevant technical experience supporting eCommerce (front/back end) operations experience working on-site optimization and enhancements
•Experience in official brand site as well as marketplace expansion & operation (e.g Kakao giftshop, Naver Shopping) would be required
•A sound understanding of current and emerging ecommerce technologies and their on-site application
•An understanding of business levers which impact ecommerce commercial success, conversion rate, traffic, average order value and how to positively impact each of these
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills essential
•Positive attitude, team player, Open minded, Being flexible
•Experience with major analytics platforms (Google Analytics) would be preferred
•Degree in IT would be preferred but not mandatory
•Native Korean speaking, Good level of the English skills, both oral and written are required
