-Managing Call Center Telephony Infra, system and applications
. In-house Call Center system management (50%)
- Baejae/Suncheon Call Center IP-PBX / CTI / IVR / Recording / PDS / WebFAX System administration (On-premise and Cloud systems)
- Manage Cloud based Call Center infrastructures
- Call Center supporting applications deployment
- Call Center Telephony Infra helpdesk resource management
- Maintain call center recording file backup system and utilize through STT system
- Enhance call center system securities
2. Deliver Contact Center related project & manage outsourcing call centers (30%)
- Conduct Call Center Telephony system project
- Support Telephony connected project including end user devices
- Lead outsourcing call center deployment works
- Plan and manage call center expansion, moving’s and changes
3. Business user coordination (20%)
- Coordinate and deliver business user requirement
- Consult and introduce new application and solutions
- Design and plan enhanced call center system architectures
- Collaborate with Cloud providers to efficient system delivery and maintenance
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Call Center Telephony Systems
- Working experience and knowledge on public Cloud service (Azure, AWS preferred)
- Project and Operating Experiences on IP-PBX, CTI, IVR, Recording, and etc system support position
- Basic understanding on Network, Windows Server, Linux, MSSQL, Storage, Virtualization
- Troubleshooting experiences on complex systems
- Project lead experience is preferred
- Good command of verbal and written English
