- Ensure relevant operations for one-on-one client appointment are run in a smooth way and always exceed client's expectation.
- Provide a strategic direction to build client loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence that sets the benchmark for others to follow
- Advise Boutique Director and work with each department managers to ensure a smooth operation of Dior events and programs at holistic level that contribute to attain/exceed overall company sales objectives
- Develop new sources of clientele, new in-store monthly events and programs with internal team to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation
- Establish new tools to help sales staff to keep track of clients buying preference to leverage for service excellence and work closely with sales staff to establish a yearly activity plan for contacting with all segments (from Prospect to Super Elite)
- Plan client relationship building and communication training programs to improve client satisfaction and service excellence, and to drive sales performance
