• Build a training calendar at local level in lined with brand vision and strategy by closely collaborating with HQ Training team
• Coordinate and animate training programs including new joiners induction, service skills, products training, and omni-channel customer journey according to the agreed training calendar
• Conduct on-site coaching for retail staffs, ensuring them to follow selling ceremony guide as a Berluti Ambassador
• Deliver guidance on care, service, and complaints handling
• Ensure quality of theoretical and practical knowledge transfer from existing staffs to new staffs
• Identify and collect training needs from the team
• Manage training follow-ups: support after the training to achieve the objective, conduct refresh training, gather and collect feedback, analyse and share the results
• Track individual employees training records
• Coordinate mystery shopping debriefs and actively set up action plans for improvement
• Ensure up-to-date “Store Handbook” is educated to all retail staffs.
• Manage uniforms distribution and grooming guideline
• Assist with projects as assigned by HQ Training Director
• Collaborating with Merchandising team, design, organize and deliver products
경력 및 자격요건
• 5+ years of experience in training function in a retail industry, preferably in luxury brands or hospitability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Korean
• Learning Agility
• Ability to foster positive and influential relationships with people from all levels
• Independent, able to work under pressure, excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
