1) Product Purchase Planning
- Analyze previous seasons’ product sales result and current market trend to create optimal seasonal / monthly product forecast plan.
- Plan, finalize, and issue the purchase order for both monthly/seasonal sales product and samples.
- Attend global product meeting (MCU/GTM etc.) to ensure overall product education and knowledge transfer to all the stakeholders.
- Create and share the Line List (product information summary), product number list, and material specification list to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate with key stakeholders regarding the product delivery date to meet the launch date.
2) Reporting / Communication
- Conduct/submit monthly and weekly sales report from product aspect to HQ Product / Commercial Department.
- Reports effectively / timely about product sales and results, and trends to stakeholders at both ooo Korea / ooo HQ.
- Ensures cross departmental collaboration with all the stakeholders at ooo Korea / Global HQ, 000 Korea shared service members through effective communication.
경력 및 자격요건
- 4-8 years’ related experience of Merchandiser in retail fashion and Retail industry
- Customer focus with business sense & strong interests in fashion trend.
- Excellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion for fashion brand.
- Able to evaluate financial and business data into actionable insights to drive results.
- Ability of strategic thinking, problem solving and time sensitive when faced with multiple demands and challenging deadlines.
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork both internally and externally.
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written).
