- Managing and following up assigned project within the team
- Managing daily warehouse in & out operations and monitoring for flawless end to end processes
- Building a strong partnership with 3PL, Logistics and Merchandising team to optimize level of inventory to carry over
- Manage Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP on daily operations in precise manner
- Review and consolidate OMS on a regular basis
- Align Warehouse Management System and ERP to control stock movement and managing any defective items
- Support e-Commerce Operations team with any projects to elevate operational efficiency
- Identify issues and execute in-depth analyses to translate data and make recommendations based on your findings
- Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps

- A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in Retail or eCommerce operations
- Luxury industry experience is preferred
- Leading or managing any related project experience is required
- Thoroughly developed analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience with software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and proficient in Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process.
- Analytical skills and ability to negotiate with partners.
- Fluent English skill in both written and verbal, and Native Korean
