To manage SK’s eCommerce channels that include marketplaces and retailers’ digital channels and plan, develop, and execute a marketing program and execute a new release and provides brand value for market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage e-Business sales and budget to achieve the sales target with the best ROI
Work with internal team, and third party platforms, marketplaces and vendors to drive revenue via their ecommerce channels
Ensure up to date digital assets such as content, banners, promotions on the various channels.
Research competitors’ offerings and provide competitive analysis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, like brand owners, finance, to ensure full support and smooth implementation and operations of Shiseido and product offerings on all digital channels.
Continuously drive sales and conversions to achieve eCommerce aspirations through SKUs assortment, bundling and promotions
Manage and align content across all e-business touch points to ensure the best digital customer journey: e-merchandizing, category groupings, site search filtering and categorization
Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, customer service, planning and logistics to ensure the customer needs and to achieve all objectives
Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team
Regularly review and report e-Business KPI Identify and work with other partners that can enhance Shiseido’s digital presence
Manage an agency which supports programs and campaigns, communities, and communication
Negotiate about, confirm, and progress joint brand campaign partnership
Develop, cooperate in, and progresses new online commerce platform
Plans process for digital business between an overseas headquarter and domestic branches
Execute search ad to enhance the brand’s visibility and improve sales
Follow up global and local e-business projects
경력 및 자격요건
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework
More than 3 years of eCommerce experience, preferred Luxury/Cosmetic industry career
Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
Prior experience in marketplaces/ multi-brand sites preferred, or from online retail industry
Must have a good understanding of all aspects of online business sites as well as third party sites as above.
Experience in driving partnerships to drive traffic, and conversion to hit revenue targets, visibility and exceed customers’ expectations.
Strong collaborating / negotiation skills.
