- Precise understanding and analysis of premium market environment.
- Plan and Manage High End Region’s KPI
- Analyze effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of all promotions
- Report High End Region’s performance to region sales directors and mancom
(Head of Function)
- Collaborate with Marketing team to provide sales insight for marketing plans and
execution
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Field Sales team to manage budget, demand
planning, and implementation of brand & channel strategies in the market
- Partner with Innovation team and provide sales insight for High End innovation items
- Manage and develop High End PPM team members

- Bachelor’s degree and / or 5-7 years of experience in sales, analytics, sales,
marketing or related field preferred
- Experience within CPG industry is a plus
- Advanced communication skill in both Korean and English
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Familiar with financial statements
- Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating
feedback
