담당업무
MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for all HR aspects including but not limited to payroll, benefits, data input and administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and support the C&B Manager with day to day workday administration
• Create new data files for new employees and submit hiring paperwork into the system to set up a payroll account
• Ensures data entry into payroll, following and developing mechanisms to ensure the integrity of all data
• Helps maintain data integrity in the payroll system by auditing data as requested
• Administer & advise on the company’s self-insured benefits plan
• Enter information into the payroll system about employee taxes, exemptions, transfers, firings and resignations as details change
• Track employee absences through HR System and record details about personal days, sick leave, and extended leaves of absence
• Answer employee questions about payroll, leave amounts, tax forms and other compensation issues when asked
• Evaluate and negotiate with all our service providers
• Handle all reimbursement procedures
• Update and keep employee records using HRIS (Successfactors)

경력 및 자격요건
REQUIREMENTS

Skills
• Fluent in both English and Korean
• Excellent computer skills; experience in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite; additional system knowledge a plus
• Experience in HRIS (Successfactors)
• In-depth understand of payroll procedures, laws, taxes, and best practices
• Precise attention to detail
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills


Qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience as a compensation and benefits administrator
