- Arrange and handle all of media shootings and related schedule 
- Check and manage samples for each season and showroom
- Handle sample invoice/delivery, inventory and related online system 
- Communicate the target press/stylists/influencer with the relationship building 
- Prepare all of editorial related reports & clippings for reporting to WW Press Office 
- Develop press release, feature and media look-book for shooting
- Support local press & special events
- Prepare and submit paid-editorial & celebrity endorsement/gifting expense reports
- Support celebrity endorsement programs/dressing 
- Participate in global events & Cruise/Milan fashion show

- Bachelor degree or Graduate of Fashion School
- At least 4 years of experience in the related industries
- Fluent in both communication and writing English
- Proactive, positive, passionate and flexible attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel, PPT, Word)
