Travel Retail Manager will be in charge of the Duty Free business in Korea under the responsibility of the Retail Director. The role aims to develop and maintain the business of Duty Free within the country on sales, closely manage the store operation and coordinate with other department for ensuring healthy business growth.
The role is required to implement business plan to each boutique in duty free network and achieve monthly and yearly sales target and negotiate with DF operators to maximize performance and secure Maison image.
He/she will be responsible for recruitment and staff planning to manage people and talent of whole travel retail boutique team and manage the operations processes, system, high level of customer service, stock level and marketing and visual merchandising of duty free boutiques.
