• HSEQ Manager
- Overall HSE design, compilation, and implementation or management
- Ensure and monitor that all country activities comply with relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and all requirements are capture in Legal resister of the Company.
- Built and manage HSEQ organization in the country
- Review OUR and country specific requirement and compare with contractor/ Vendor specification and bring them at OUR standards.
- Draft country specific HSEQ documentation, site specific documentation based on the nature of business
- Provide support to all other department in HSEQ aspect.
- Prepare periodic HSEQ progress report and provide input to management.
- Ensure HSEQ guidance for all employees, offices, Construction site, operational sites, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure contractor and sub-contractor compliance with all OUR HSEQ and local legislative requirements.
- Maintain/ obtain various HSEQ KPI for the country and report periodically.
- Ensure that the contents of the Environmental Authorization (EA) and any other relevant licenses and permits, as applicable, are communicated to the Contractor site staff before the commencement of site establishment and construction on site.
- Support the Environmental Discipline to prepare on time all the notifications to be sent to the third parts (Authorities, principal contractor, contractors, etc.) prior/during/and after the commencement of the construction.
- Perform periodical inspection of offices, E&C and O&M.
- Incorporate various OUR initiative at country and at site level.
- Promote the incident analysis (Safety and Environment) with the main contractors defining the root cause and relevant mitigation measure to follow up
- HQ based with 30% time on site projects
경력 및 자격요건
• 10+ yrs’ experience as HSE in renewable or similar role in engineering or Construction Companies.
• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 or ISO 45001 or similar system & its implementation experienced
• Experience in Thermal/Gas/Oil and Gas company is a plus
• Fluent in English : communicate effectively with cross-country HSEQ expert.
• Preferred working experience of MNC
