• Create overall framework of local activities by season in accordance with global seasonal theme, activities that would accommodate local needs at the same time
• Implementation and compliance with all HQ guidelines related to the DNA of Brand
• Provide the local management team with the necessary coaching, guidance on implementing global/regional strategies in Marketing, PR and Advertising
• Adapt and implement corporate/global and local PR and Marketing programs
• Leverage all corporate tools and research at the local level to translate all consumer insights into strategy and competitive advantages for Korea
• Coordinate translation needs & related services and exe cute the local strategy in keeping with the guideline provided by Paris office
• Provide support and manage all Media, PR and Events related activities in keeping with HQ guidelines
• Manage relationship with selected press, key influencers and relevant VIPs to strengthen the branding
• Manage approved local agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness parameters and capitalize on international networks to achieve specific business objectives
• Budgeting, controls and reporting at the market level
• Propose and manage all digital initiatives (including web-related, social media and online) appropriate for increasing brand awareness and sales
• Manage CRM calendar and provide support where necessar
경력 및 자격요건
- Min 7 years in Luxury Marketing and PR
- Native in English
- Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Knowledge in Photoshop preferable
- Good managerial and communication skills
- Good listener and good observer
- Team player
- Relevant degree holder
