• Manage all inventory of Finished Goods and components at market DC to support orders through multiple sales channels including Aesop stores
• Monitor incoming local and international delivery volumes and timings to ensure stock availability vs. plan,
maintain ERP orders to reflect latest information
• Collaborate with Demand Planning team to monitor sales results and forecast changes/risks
• Anticipate risks to supply and work with the Global planning team to close gaps
• Manage channel level supply allocation across multiple system stock locations
• Clearly and proactively communicate inventory status and potential risks to regional stakeholders and Global planning team
• Key participant in the Regional Supply Review monthly meeting including preparing information to support Supply and Inventory agenda items
• Coordinate some operational activities at regional warehouse (eg. Gift Kit assembly)
• Provide support for NPD planning/launches, product discontinuation and transitions
• Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, stock adjustments at warehouse and inventory at risk due to age profile. Partner with Logistics team to minimize inventory variances
• Reporting of inventory value vs target and contribution to budget setting of inventory value
• Work with global team to align on inventory policy details (including safety stock settings and SKU classification) and maintain system settings to ensure adherence to this policy
• Maintain ERP and master data parameters and provide analysis and recommendations for Point of Sale system parameters
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in supply planning, inventory control/replenishment from a similar industries
• Good understanding of all elements of the Supply Chain function desirable
• ERP planning systems experience (i.e. FuturMaster, Logility, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner
• Solution oriented and analytical planning skills
• Strong business acumen
• An advocate for process improvement
