Primary Purpose of Role :
1. Works as a part of the Global Risk Management team to proactively identify risks
associated with AB InBev’s evolving business operations (across functions and
geographies) and deliver probusiness outcomes.
2. Address key risks with respective functional owners with scalable, sustainable
solutions to enhance the control environment and governance processes.
3. Manage projects as part of the annual plan approved by the Board of Directors
Candidate should have :
- ability to manage a large and varied information and workload.
- Individuals need to have personal credibility and strong interpersonal skills as the
expected approach is collaborative/coaching. This role will require the ability to work
with all levels of management.
- Will be required to work as part of a multinational team and to contribute at a global
level

- University degree and above from an accredited university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Data Science. MBA preferred
- Effective written & verbal communication skills (English must be Fluent)
- Advanced Computer literacy ability to use SAP, MS Office
- Any experience with query languages (SQL and variations), data mining or reporting
tools (Python, R, PowerBI, web crawling, etc.) is considered an advantage
- CPA is an advantage
- 10+ years working experience in Finance or audit (External / internal audit), ideally
coming from Big4 or consulting industry, management consulting, process
improvement preferred
