We are looking for a highly-intelligent, ambitious MarTech Sr. Manager with a strong interest in the digital marketing and a passion for creating wonderful user experiences. This person will play a key role in leading the product vision for all digital products in the areas of MarTech. This role will require working with a cross- functional team and will have significant exposure to the company's leadership team. The MarTech Sr. Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and talking to our users to ultimately design the best product on the market. This role will require someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do a lot of the leg work, but have enough experience and confidence to truly lead the vision and own the entire product.
- Own product concept and development through a data-driven approach
- Facilitate ideation, development and delivery of new features in MarTech
- Identify customer needs and gather feedback through frequent user research and
testing
- Set up the product roadmap and measurable KPIs
- Design and collaborate with designers to create and validate solutions/digital
products to meet customer needs
- Lead development team to deliver an efficient and healthy product release cadence
- Work closely with company stakeholders, including VP of Strategy & Technology and
CEO
- Understand business needs and strategy and incorporate into product roadmap
- Contribute to user onboarding strategy and experience
- Ensures the aligned and consistent development of the functional application
landscape within the Korea to global standards
- Coordinate end user training on new systems if requires
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or IS
- Lack of ego, be a complete team player
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, multitask and dive into the details
- Understanding of agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Ability to establish good working relationships with senior managers and therefore
have excellent customer relationship and support management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills – good, efficient communicator and negotiator at all management levels in the group as well as with external suppliers, and the ability to build good professional relationships with end users.
- Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and metrics
- Experience working with software across mobile and web
- 4+ years of building and scaling digital products/Martech and / or services
- Track record of identifying customer needs and incorporating them into great products
- Entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize roadmap features and fully scope features for a product
- Advanced written and communication skills in English
- Experience in Sales & Marketing projects preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience with UI/UX focused design standards
- Experience in the B2B SaaS, or mobile products is a plus
