•Perform sales reconciliation and manage inventory movement in EDI system
•Monthly closing activities in Retail accounting area, such as Sales / Lease accounting
•Cash collection and AR application from relevant DPS, including Credit control
•Ensure the timeliness of collection through the communication with related stakeholders
•Reconciliation on the unidentified variance against AR balance
•Store/Corporate Inventory management and coordination on stock take in warehouse and stores
•Support the output/Input VAT filing
•Support the External Statutory Audit and Corporate Income Tax adjustment
•Some administrative tasks such as Gift voucher or Corporate credit card management
•Support the inquiries on store operation from Retail field and store end

•More than 2 year working experience in Accounting
•Experience in SAP/Local ERP system
•Business level of English
•Excel Skills (pivot, vlookup, etc)
•Ability to work well in team environment and diversified culture
•Experience in Retail industry is preferred
