-Sales performance review and channel data analysis (40%)
.Monitor sales performance on a regular basis
.Analyze channel performance data to seek for improvement points and provide guidance or support for channel teams to deliver sales KPIs/Target
.Review sales business case or promotion plan and provide financial opinions its appropriateness or accuracy
-Regular reporting and channel support (30%)
.Provide sales review reports on a regular basis and support sales meeting materials and etc.
.Improve sales reporting process through system or process automation
.Closely work with channels and support on various channel initiatives
-Annual strategic planning for distribution (20%)
. Participate as Finance Division representative in enterprise-wide strategic planning process relating to distribution initiatives
.Communicate with distribution team as well as various internal stakeholders on the company’s top strategic priorities
-Other Responsibilities (10%)
.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and other requirements.
경력 및 자격요건
Job Requirements
-Minimum 8 years working experience
-Insurance business background (especially business knowledge on distribution channels such as agency, direct marketing and etc.) is preferred
-Knowledge & skill for problem solving
-Good team player and creative mind
-Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Mature, self-motivated with good communication and analytical skills
