주요업무 :
Enterprise-wise strategic initiatives (40%)
-Research market opportunities and develop company’s top strategic initiatives
-Drive company’s initiatives closely working with EXCOs and relating functions
- Lead action management to deliver company’s key initiatives and provide financial supports if needed
-Participate annual enterprise-wide strategic planning process and work with internal stakeholders and Group for the preparation of Strategic Planning deck and Group requirements
Business case review and project management (40%)
- Review and monitor key business projects of the company
-Support business case development and follow up any issues identified
-Work closely with functions involved in the business cases or new projects and drive them to deliver the KPIs
-Participate in decision making process in relation to various business initiatives
Other Responsibilities (20%)
-Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and other requirements
경력 및 자격요건
Job Requirements
>Minimum 5-8 years working experience, preferably with following backgrounds:
- Relevant experience in Insurance business, Consulting, or Financial institutions
- Life or P&C actuarial background
>Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving
>Good team player and creative mind
>Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
>Mature, self-motivated with good communication and analytical skil
