- Promote and foster brand culture and behaviors to sustain high performance.
- Support organizational changes to drive superior performance.
- Ensure effective talent attraction & acquisition & onboarding for stores with diversity and inclusion lens.
- Coach, develop and counsel people managers to create and maintain a high performing workforce.
- Lead the local performance and talent management cycles.
- Drive the creation and completion of training and development plans.
- Excel in delivering HR processes (admin HR, payroll, legal...) with Kering shared services.
- Manage employee issues as well as ensure compliance with local legislations.
- Implement locally global or HR regional projects.
- Maintain effective and accurate data for HR retail KPIs.
경력 및 자격요건
- HR experience in a business in expansion.
- Relevant experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Exposure to processes: Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits.
