- Responsible to set up Performance Running (PRUN) category marketing strategy that will enhance the brand value and maximize revenue.
- Be in charge of brand management, strategic planning and direction for Performance run category.
- Develop key product marketing strategy and manage proper implementation with Merchandising & Sales team to achieve the target.
- Set up clear KPI and analyze performance metric and utilize data to maximize ROI.
- Execute integrated marketing activities from concept development, product launching and communication.
- Work and communicate very closely with the global team and align with global strategy and develop local initiatives based on local market trend & consumer insight
경력 및 자격요건
- 8+ years’ related experience of Marketing
- Product or category or brand marketing & brand management experience in consumer brand industry
- Experience in managing various marketing agencies
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
- Preferred experience in coaching, leading people and managing team
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
