▪ Support business needs from solution perspectives, which includes but not limited to Retail, Supply Chain and logistics, e commerce and back office
▪ Manage rollouts of IT Projects, Pilots & Core Model solutions to support the business
▪ Work on E-Commerce, POS system and business application to ensure smooth and stable business operation.
▪ Interact frequently with key stakeholders to provide professional service in response to business needs and align with business expectations and work closely
▪ Work closely with Regional and Central team to ensure timely address of operation, project concerns, compromising on resolutions and deliverable and smooth transition project phase to support
▪ Being a champion to work with Regional infrastructure team and local 3rd parties to ensure appropriate alignment on projects such as eService, disaster recovery and other system
▪ Manage external service providers for supply of solutions or resources when required
▪ Manage program maintenance, monitor standards and ensure compliance to mitigate risk
경력 및 자격요건
▪ Over 12 years’ experience in IT project management or similar position
▪ A degree in Computer Science or related is required
▪ Proven functional experience including IT, IT
▪ Extensive experience with POS retail solutions and ERP environment
▪ Business acumen and strategic agility
▪ Strong communication and leadership skills, experienced in managing various stake holders in a global company
▪ Must be customer service oriented, motivational, organizational and time management skills
▪ Preferably retail business experience
▪ Proficient in spoken and written English
