- In collaboration with the Headquarter HR Functions (Company HR, Divisional HR) and under the guidance of Line Manager
1) Key Partner of Company Business Strategy and Organization Effectiveness
﹣Stand as Business Partner by defining the local HR strategy that will ensure the achievement of the business objectives shared with line managers and with Headquarter HR
- Be responsible for the implementation of the strategic guidelines defined by the Headquarter concerning the overall human resources management, adapting to the local environment and market peculiarities, contributing to the achievement and improvement of the business targets
﹣Continuously monitor and review local HR strategy to cope with the company mid to long term strategic plan, secure the sustainable talent supply and development
2) Talent Acquisition and Engagement
﹣Define and implement local talent strategy, ensure high quality talent for both office and store team, though effective sourcing channels and upscale training program
﹣Plan and executive succession plan for key positions, conduct career meeting, develop and roll out tailor made development plan. Actively work on internal and external talent pool by updating the market mapping on regular base.
3) Budget, Wellbeing, D&I and HR Operations
﹣Be responsible for the development of local HR budget, guarantee the monitoring and control of HR costs in terms of headcount and labor cost
﹣Regular review the compensation and benefits scheme, including the sales commission and incentive program, optimize the attractiveness and effectiveness, also aligned with company’s business and talent needs
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor degree holder from elite university, majored in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred; overseas study or MBA background would be advantageous
• Minimum 12 years of work experience in HR Function at multicultural companies; retail industry background would be a strong plus
• Sound track record on leadership and talent management skills, possessing a strong coaching mind set
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able influence at varying levels across the organization
• Able to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment; well organized and detail oriented
• Hands on and down to earth approach, willing to work with front line staff
• Passion and high motivation towards luxury industry, Loro Piana brand and its products
• Good command of English, both in written and spoken, skillful in MS Office and other HR digital tools
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
