1. Providing operational supports to the assigned stores
2. Reconciling accounts receivable between TPK and the assigned customers
3. Reconciling booked trade-in inventory in the assigned stores
4. Providing training on guidelines, policies, processes and procedures in operations
5. Providing operational supports to e-commerce sector including TPK’s own site
6. Issuing delivery instructions on Monday by turns including updating Duzon (ERP)
7. Reviewing freight details on door-to-door delivery plus RL’s delivery to stores (in turn)
8. Responding to inquiries from sales team
9. Providing customer services to end users
10. Sharing order taking job for F&B customers when the person in charge is overloaded
11. Filling in for other CSR in case of temporary vacancy
12. Supporting Operations & CS Manager in preparing ad hoc reports or analyses

경력 및 자격요건
1. BA/BS degree holder preferably majored in trade, business or economics
2. 1+ years of work experience in operations, sales admin or customer service fields,
preferably in consumer industry
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
4. Good command of English as well as Korean
5. Familiarity with Duzon is preferred
6. Well organized and detail oriented
7. Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
