- Season order shipment delivery follow-up
- Order process support on ERP system, product registration, tax invoice, payment

3. DF store operation support
- Visual merchandising support based on HQ basic guide
- BA HR support
- BA monthly schedule update & report
- New BA, resigned BA update (personal information), sending official documents to operators
- New store opening, closing, maintenance support
- BA uniform order
- Store stationary and expense support

4. Product claim report / after sales support

- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Passionate in luxury jewelry, positive and mature mindset

Skills (including technical and people skills)
- Excellent MS Office skill, especially Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skill with others
- Good at organizing data
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with numerous stakeholders
