• Oversee services provider's operations for reception, storage, shipping and value-added activities to be in line with the agreed productivity and compliance to agreed SOP
• Follow up on daily activity and alerts on any problems which occur and react accordingly
• Coordinate stock movements for various activities and events including regional rebalancing, trunk shows, markdowns, Family sales in local market
• Managing fulfillment rate for rebalancing transfer
• Optimizing stock level for NMD(Non merchandising dept.) stored in warehouse
• Responsible for the stock control in warehouse, organize and supervise cycle count and stock take in the warehouse per agreed timeframe
• Stock write-off
• Warehouse Bin management – Credit note / Care claim
• Follow up of Destruction with warehouses and boutiques
• Define and monitor KPIs, organize formal performance reviews with services provider to identify improvement actions to optimize cost and services level
• Supporting the manager to manage special operations: organize, control and optimize value added activities, such as special delivery request for event or special products
• Respect and ensure respect of security & environment rules and conformity criteria
• Monitoring subcontracting actual expenses versus budget, validation on the logistics invoices
경력 및 자격요건
a) Education & Professional Qualifications
• Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in shipping, warehouse and distribution management prefera in retail/luxury industry or logistics service providers
b) Skills & Qualities
• Strong in warehouse management, inventory control and cost control
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work in fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Good computer skills especially in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience in ERP and WMS systems is an advantage
