1) Lead talent acquisition activities to retain the qualified talent in the market
o Work closely with hiring managers on all hiring activities to assess talent in hiring practices
o Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
o Provide feedback to hiring managers about candidates
o Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
o Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
o Understand a full-scale of hiring needs and available positions within the organization in line with business plan
2) Elevate the candidate and new joiner’s experience
o Entertain existing and potential clients
o Strengthen and maintain social networking
o Build a solid relationship and trust with the teams and clients
o Develop sales in all product categories
3) Provide and coordinate onboarding program to new joiners
4) Support the team activities
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate or above in management or other related disciplines
- Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or Human Resource
- Working experience at retail or service industries
- Strong social networking with potential prospects in the market
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing skills
- A brand ambassador to promote our brand
