- Distribution Center Management:
1) Searching for suppliers, deploying, monitoring & managing operations
2) Analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement plans
- Planning, analyzing, and improving processes and procedures
- Communicating with corporate logistics, transportation departments, the commercial department, and customer service.
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, budgets, etc.
- Flow control / Lean Management
- Team management (in-house and outsourced)
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in e-commerce / logistics / distribution center management & supplier management (Value), preferably in retail industry
- Ability to plan, analyze and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to manage outsourced teams
- Flexible, proactive, and initiative
- Fluency in English
- This position requires to work 50% in the office (서울 삼성동) and 50% in the distribution center (이천 덕평).
