1. Financial Reporting
1-1. Monthly ,Quarterly, Semester, Yearly financial reporting such as:
• Syrus in compliance with the HQ’s guideline and Accounting Principle.
• Capex reporting & Approval process follow up.

1-2. Management performance report
• Provide monthly management accounting report.
• Analysis of Counter P&L to optimize points of sales’ contribution and productivity.
• Provide functional and administrative management of all accounting control activities.
• Help to achieve objectives.

2. Forecast
2-1. Budget, Revised 1, Revised 2
Play a key role in establishing, implementing and controlling the budget following HQ’s guideline. P&L, Channel P&L, CAPEX, Balance sheet to be budgeted.
• Budget
• Revision 1 & 2
• 3-year plan / 5-year plan

2-2. Outlook
• Sales outlook every month: estimate sales outlook for the current month and the following 2 months with increased accuracy.

3. Analysis
Sales performance analysis.
Variance report : Analysis on variance Actual vs Budget with proper recommendation.
P&L and B/S analysis.
Develop and generate the logical and evidence-based reports and documents to support business decisions as required.
Make recommendations to management based on the present result of analysis and draw conclusion

4.Control/ Project
Manage the day-to day financial activities of the brand.
Control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
Provide right information and proper recommendation on critical issues.
Participate in various types of new projects initiated by PCD/BPC.

- University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration or law.
- Controller experience more than 2-3 years (At least).
- Over 6 years working experience in Finance in a multinational company.
- Broad experience in general accounting, tax as well as financial planning and analysis.
- Ability to do financial analysis properly and accurately.
- Excellent Interpersonal communication skill needed.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English.
