•Formulate investment strategies and translate them into portfolio performance across portfolios with different objectives
• Engage with senior management of the business unit and external parties
• Prepare and lead discussion in portfolio review meeting with investment committee, Group Investment, Group Risk, etc.
• Drive and enhance investment processes and tools
• Engage / develop team members
• Work with external counterparties on deal sourcing and structuring to meet investment requirements
• Develop and maintain a proper structure of fixed income management platform with adequate resources and capabilities
• Develop and maintain the internal guidelines of the investment

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred, but not required
• Deep understanding of global macro-economic environment and responsible fixed income markets across multiple geographies / sectors
• Experience in 1) managing portfolios with different objectives and fixed income asset classes, and 2) practicing ALM
• Knowledge of various types of issuance structures and corresponding pricing mechanism
• Strong leadership and engagement skills to drive the success of team under management and cultivate cooperation across internal functions, e.g. ALM
• 8+ years of relevant experience
