• Develops strategic view of ready-to-drink alcoholic drinks (RTD) category growth in Korea, and high-level roadmap for the next 3 to 5 years
• As an Internal Founder, builds and grows beyond-beer products/brands from
inception to growth with a deep understanding of consumer needs and pain points
• With a focus on consumer paint points, validates that the problem is worth betting on, and validates/develops a product that is 10x better than existing solutions
• Works with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and launch product
in market, while ensuring viability and feasibility of solution
• Builds and executes with focus on data and measurement, in-market learning, and product iterations as necessary
• Builds a challenger brand that resonate with the target consumer tribe, engages
with them through meaningful connections. Build it digitally, focusing on the message and partnerships
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• 7 years of professional experience or more, as brand marketer, product manager, or product owner
• With track record in developing and growing a new business
• Skilled in logical and structured thinking for problem solving
• Passionate and driven to deliver in the face of ambiguity and challenges
• Comfortable with being hands-on and scrappy, while driving overall venture. Able to focus on both 30,000 feet and 3 feet
• Native Korean speaker and fluent in English
• Ideally with experience in FMCG, F&B, or alcoholic beverage industry
