• Building Korea eCom roadmap and implementing go2market strategy and action plans to achieve commercial target.
• Track and report eCom KPIs to boost performance and define improvement actions focused on efficiency.
• Drive and optimize Performance Marketing (Paid Search and Paid Media/ Social) to maximize online sales potential in collaboration with Brand Marketing team.
• Monitor best practices of eCom/ Performance Marketing/ Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao.
• Master front and back process customer flow and ensure smooth eCom operations of On-site Merchandise & Contents Management, Order Management & Fulfilment, Stock Allocation, Fraud Risk Review, etc in close collaboration with multiple functional stakeholders in KR, APAC, HQ offices.
• Supervise CRM and CS to build customer loyalty – hands on urgent/ important CS cases and build SOP for future problem solving procedure.
• Build strong relationship with local external stakeholders incl. warehousing/ logistics/ performance marketing/ partners etc in order to facilitate collaborative e-com business acceleration.
경력 및 자격요건
• Senior specialist with 10+ years of eCom experience, preferably in sales / A&P owned role
• Good knowledge & experience in Korea digital landscape & eCom ecosystem
• Strategic and creative thinking to capture e-business/ omnichannel opportunity
• Familiar with eCom ops system & KPI dashboards (WMS/ OMS/ GA/ PowerBI/ SalesForce/ etc)
• Resilience and Agility
• English/Korean is a must
