• Generate financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow
• Manage the monthly reporting ensuring the accuracy of data between JDE and our consolidation tool HFM
• Update additional disclosures and other financial reporting in HFM
• Prepare detailed P&L analysis to validate accuracy of data
• Monthly analysis of financial results comparing current year financial date with prior year; this includes, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Ensure inter-company accounts are in balance for both foreign and domestic partners
• Prepare analysis and supporting schedules for both internal and external audits
• Understand business strategy and ensure that it is reflected in the financial results
• Any other ad hoc activities as needed

• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience with in-depth knowledge of Accounting Principles, both GAAP and IFRS
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with ability to see big picture; EBIT, Tax, Net income and Cash Flow
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the financial position of a business and how it has evolved over time.
This will need to be done with both finance and nonfinance colleagues, as well as within Shared service.

• Experience utilizing accounting and finance software such as Hyperion, MS Excel
