ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Execution of PRO programs and special programs
Plan and execute annual PRO program events
Implement special makeup events and creative CRM programs to increase PRO business represented
Execute current PRO programs such as Preview night, Master class and annual PRO seminar
Manage all PRO Members activities such as hiring, placing and training
Build a stable and long-term relationship with key PRO members in artist related area
2. Event (Instore, Mega events activities)
Plan and execute the annual event and control event budget
Forecast and orders for permanent special event tool and promotional materials
Analyze event result and identifies opportunities for growth
Monitor and report competitors’ special event activities
Support Open/renewal program
2. Promotion
Implement annual promotion plan and programs for all channels (offline, online)
Control promotion budget inc. GWP production, sample, related collaterals, etc
Manage GWP (Gift with Purchase) by month
Forecast and orders for promotional products which is offered by global or regional team
Develop GWP relevant to local needs for special event, exclusive program and launch program, etc.
Analyze GWP sell-in and sell-thru result
Work with the regional or global team for all promotion related communication, providing local feedback about market trend
Monitor and report competitors’ activities
3. Backstage make-up event management
Maximize the effect of backstage makeup support program to increase brand awareness and professional makeup brand positioning to customers with collaterals or co-program developing
Continue the collaboration with high profile entertainment/theatre productions and their makeup department
