-Identify and propose projects/solutions that fall outside of already defined processes and systems, while being able to integrate such solutions to the existing organization.
-Own and drive initiatives, while being able to leverage other teams’ expertise by earning trust, aligning interests, priorities, and resources through your leadership skills and business expertise to solve complex problems that have long-term impact on the business
-Research, identify, build relationships with, and develop mutually beneficial engagement motions with partners
-Develop and execute partnership strategy with partners who can help us to scale up exposure and distribution, connect with prospects, and receive help along the sales cycle

경력 및 자격요건
-5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, tech sales, or management consulting
(preferably at successful, high-growth technology companies or in high-tech industries.)
-Proven ability to build partnerships and generate meaningful go-to-market(GTM) motions with the partners in a fast-paced and global environment
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Fluency in both English and Korean
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant field

-Partnership experience at or with cloud-native companies like AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure
-Experience handling cloud-based and/or middle-ware solutions
