The primary role of this position is to plan, strategize and implement the activities to develop beauty consultants to their fullest potential to achieve sales objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
Conduct training needs analysis to determine opportunities for productivity and profitability improvement in the areas of newly recruited beauty consultants, makeup artists and beauticians’ orientation.
Design and prepare training materials which will effectively improve the skills of the beauty consultants in order to deliver the brand’s expectations on the job.
Design and develop training objectives for each training and provide measurement and evaluation for training effectiveness.
Ensure beauty consultants are properly trained to achieve objectives by translating marketing and sales activities into the training modules.
Conduct OJT at the counter to monitor the progress/ performance of beauty consultants.
Plan training budget, ensuring expenses are kept within the budget allocation.
Plan and conduct monthly training (New Products, Reinforcement, Skills etc.) for beauty consultants.

Establish the recruitment standards of beauty consultants and ensure that the correct calibre is recruited for the brand.
Mentor, monitor and evaluate new beauty consultants.
*Staff Relations
Responsible for inspiring and maintaining the beauty consultants’ motivation.
Conduct counselling and handle obstacles when necessary.
*Customer Relations
Manage all customer feedback relating to service level and allergies.
*Others
Responsible for conducting and implementing all consumers’ workshops and events.
Participate in PR and Press events.
