To develop and implement marketing plans, and programs for product selection, promotions, positioning including new launches and monthly promotion for achieving successful campaigns and exceeding product target
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Take responsibility for channel-specific marketing activities
- Plan and execute marketing programs tailored for different type of channels
- Measure impact of each marketing events in terms of ROI, Sales, and CRM data
- Support boutiques on any operational issues
- Plan and activate pop-up, outpost, and any marketing-led client events
- Communicate with various departments and regional/global team throughout the entire planning to execution stage
- Collaborate with product marketing executive for VM change, sampling strategy, etc.
- Collaborate with CRM specialist to gain and share CRM insights per door
2. Support marketing program & calendar development
- Develop marketing strategy and program
- Execute marketing calendar and monthly program
- Suggest new product line-up or extension for each channel based on customers’ and boutiques’ needs
3. Analyze sales results and manage relevant reports
- Analyze marketing activities of competitors and retailers
- Prepare HQ/Region requested reports
- Maintain competitive library and protect the main source of the documents
- Prepare market trend updates
- Prepare brand category performance analysis and responsible for brand segment category reviews as needed
- Conduct post launch evaluation analysis of major programs
- Share weekly reports on sales results of the monthly focus products
