Accountabilities:
1. Marketing Research and Planning
- Research/Monitor market trends (customer, price, product, and competitor) and use it as a key source of marketing strategies which reflect market-specific needs
- Analyze business, confront competitive challenges, and identify opportunities
- Manage to provide perspectives of the Korean consumers and market needs to the global level for Korea focused new product development or product renewal
- Develop marketing and sales strategies considering global brand guidelines and offerings to maximize sell-through
- Create the Marketing calendar in alignment with the global plan and take the ownership of its implementation
- Execute Marketing plans and activities including new product launching, promotion, merchandising guidelines, on/offline campaigns, and product/price management
2. P&L Management
- Review previous marketing budgets and plan the new budget setting for next fiscal year by suggesting marketing point of view
- Monitor the Productivity follow-up according to the global guideline
- Conduct analytical insights based on the retail/category/door sales and marketing costs.
3. Develop and manage strategic communications plan
- Implements brand public relations programs and liaises with appropriate marketing manager in creation and development of public relations programs.
- Produces product advertisement through key magazines and national newspapers.
- Lead marketing related outdoor activities in public.
- Secures media placements with radio, television, newspapers, and Magazines based on press mailings, conferences and one-on one Presentation.
- Builds ongoing relationship with press, based on reliable and accurate Product information
4. Communicate and co-work with head quarter and regional office

Qualifications:
Education: University level education or equivalent
Experiences
- 12+ years experience in marketing & relevant work experiences, preferably in a similar or consumer industry
- Team Management experience

- Knowledge of the cosmetic industry and local retail dynamic and environment
