• Understand sales target & strategy for supporting to Retail team pro-actively
• Communicate and negotiate with store employees in a flexible manner through regular store visit
• Conduct overall operation functions with co-workers actively
• Support to provide various reports which is related to Sales Data & KPI on a regular basis (incl. competitor’s data)
• Prepare store expense control & closing (Sourcing vendor for store stationery)
• Manage seasonal uniform budget and order collection
• Support new store opening & closing

• At least 1 years’ experience in Retail industry
• Prefer to RTW or Luxury fashion experiences
• Understand the market, customers and retail trends
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with employees
• Have a Positive and Pro-active attitude
• Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
