SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
To work directly under the supervision of: Management Team


DEPARTMENT / DIVISION: Finance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Ensure all the financial information and accounting data are accurate and accounted for
• Support statutory audits, tax audit, month close activities and internal control matters
• Support internal processes such as budget management, approval processes, corporate reporting, forecasting processes
• Manage and ensure appropriate work processes are adopted and discipline in adhering to strict reporting guideline
• Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad hoc or otherwise as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1) Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
• 4– 6 years of proven working experience in a retail, wholesale or FMCG entity as a management accountant or similar roles

2) Required skills:
• Can communicate in English
• Responsible, meticulous and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
• Sharp analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to work independently and consistently follow-through
• Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload accordingly
