• Plan and manage effective merchandise assortment by store
• Analyze sales and sell-through, and strategies and tactics to encourage sales
• Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
• Negotiate and cooperate with headquarters on product offer and pricing
•Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores
• Conduct the product training
• Understand clientele through market research, competitor analysis and store visits
• Conduct monthly stock transfer by Duty Free Operators
경력 및 자격요건
• 5 years or more experience in fashion brand
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• University degree in fashion related field is preferred
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
