1) Retail Performance & Excellence
• Develop retail action plans to achieve sales and KPI target for each Outlet store
• Assist Outlet director for setting monthly sales and KPI targets and implementing effective actions to motivate store teams
• Liaise with Global Outlet team on retail guideline implementation and any update on business and operations
• Track the performance of actions such as an incentive competition, top performer contest and key product push action
2) Retail Operations
• Build strong relationship with business partners (Shinsegae, Hyundai and Lotte Outlet MD) to achieve the sustainable growth of Gucci Outlet business
• Ensure the store teams to properly follow company operational policy, procedures and health & safety
• Reinforce the stores to maintain the positive attitude of sales staff, in-depth knowledge of merchandising collection and well-trained selling skills
3) Cross-functional collaboration
• Strengthen store clienteling activities such as a client 1:1 event, Client outreaches and private appointment in collaboration with Client Engagement team
• Coordinate with Retail Operations team for store operational support and implementation of innovative Retail projects

• BA degree
• Over 5 years of work experience in Retail. Global luxury industry is a plus
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Mobility to make frequent business trips
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure with attention to details
• Proactive and positive attitude
