• Support merchandising initiatives to maximize the sales opportunities with cross functional teams
• Analyze sales and sell-through, and strategies and tactics to encourage sales
• Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
• Negotiate and cooperate with headquarters on product offer and target strategy
• Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores
• Conduct and support product training, clienteling events
• Understand clientele through market research, competitor analysis and store visits
경력 및 자격요건
• 5 years or more experience in fashion field especially in RTW category
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
