- Lead seasonal Buying process and merchandising initiatives to maximize the sales opportunities with cross functional teams
- Execute Internal Stock Transfer, regular-basis Internal Merchandising Rebalancing and Oversea Stock request along with relevant communication across Boutiques and other functional teams including Warehouse and logistics team to maximize the sales
- Conduct seasonal OTO sales tracking & Stock arrangement and seasonal collection trainings to successfully work out the business plan
- Prepare and update merchandising map book for every season, every category to provide most up-to-date product information to essential group like sales staff and cross functional teams.
- Manage Trunk Show Samples and make sure such products are arranged according to OTO schedule in timely manner
- Take accountability for Sales/Stocks report for responsible categories and provide data analysis.
- Make sure our brand stays competitive in the market and keep trendy with Competitor Market research in all merchandising aspects
- Support boutique staff’s grooming by placing appropriate uniform allocation in timely manner
- Assist and back up overall operational and administrative work to support special event in plan and to enhance any process based on feedbacks from boutiques
- Support local product plan for Marketing/PR activity

- University graduate in related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ work experience in Merchandising
- Experience on Men’s category (preferred) or on Leather goods & Ready-to-Wear category
- Work experience in Luxury brand
- Retail mindset with strong business acumen
- Active personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Business proficiency in both written and verbal English & Korean are the must, and other language ability is an added advantage
